Long Island State Parks Winter Concert Series 2019

The New York Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation invites you to come in from the cold this winter and bask in the comfort and warmth of fine classical music on Sunday afternoons at the Upper Carriage House at Bayard Cutting Arboretum in Great River, New York.

The 2019 Winter Concert Series schedule is as follows:
February 3 ….. Serenade Duo (Michelle Laporte, Flute & Gerry Saulter, Guitar)
February 10 ….. Chinese New Year Celebration (Chinese music & dance)
February 17 ….. Ko-Eun Yi (Piano) CAG award Recipient
February 24 ……Alba Consort (Early Mediterranean Music)
March 3 ….. Gemini Journey (Diane Block, Violin; Terry Batts, Cello)
March 10 ….. Canta Libre (Flute, Harp & Strings)
March 17 ….. Margo Andrea and Paolo Bartolani (Mezzoi-Soprano & Piano)
March 24 ….. Paul Verona (Piano)
*March 31 ….. Cross Island (Suzanne Mueller, cello; Elinor Abrams Zayas, piano; Joshua Redman, clarinet) *Please be aware that this concert will take place at Brookwood Hall, 50 Irish Lane, East Islip, NY*

All concerts begin promptly at 2:00PM. Seating is on first come, first serve basis. The concerts, FREE to the public, are sponsored by the Islip Arts Council with funding provided by Bayard Cutting Arboretum, Natural Heritage Trust, New York State Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation, New York State Council of the Arts, and Suffolk County under the auspices of the Office of Cultural Affairs.
