Yoga for Every Body with Fire Island School

Yoga, which means union, is about being in the moment and becoming accepting of where you are right now. Come join us for virtual yoga. You will laugh a lot, sweat a lot, move a lot, and definitely breathe a lot. People will work out at their own skill level. There is no “perfect” here. We work on strength, flexibility, stability, increasing circulation and breathing ability. Please participate with a yoga mat and yoga blocks if you have some. Dress for exercise, and have a water bottle on hand for your hydration.
